DCNS has won a contract to supply 10 torpedo countermeasure systems to the French Navy submarine fleet, a spokesman for the naval company said Oct. 5.The company signed the contract with the Délégation Générale pour l'Armement (DGA) procurement office Sept. 2 for the supply and installation of the Nemesis torpedo countermeasure systems, DCNS said in a statement.
The 10 systems will equip the Navy's four nuclear ballistic missile and six attack submarines, the spokesman said.
