Raytheon receives $109 million contract for Patriot Air and Missile Defense System

Patriot PAC-3Raytheon Company has received a $109 million Engineering Services contract for its Patriot Air and Missile Defense System.

The contract, issued by the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is for ongoing technical support and services to the U.S. Army and Foreign Military Sale customers to ensure readiness of their Patriot systems.

"Customers around the world will benefit from the maintenance and upgrades that result from this contract – especially the technical baseline improvements designed to counter evolving threats," said Ralph Acaba, vice president of Integrated Air and Missile Defense at Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems business.
