
The Helena, stationed at the Point Loma sub base, will be part of Ice Exercise 2009, the Navy said.
The exercise will be supported by the Applied Physics Laboratory Ice Station being built by the University of Washington on the ice north of Prudhoe Bay, Alaska.

Sir, it doesn't say that they will be collecting submarine test results. It said that they are mearly a support.
ReplyDeleteSir, it didn't say that the technicians would be collecting test results. It merely said that they are being used as a support. Therefore, it is unlikely that clearances would be needed.
