Second stealth frigate from Russia arrives

INS Tarkash |Krivak-II class stealth frigate INS Tarkash arrived at the Western Naval Command headquarters in Mumbai on Thursday.

This is the second of the three frigates constructed at the Yantar Shipyard, Kaliningrad in Russia.

The frigate was commissioned on November 9 in Kaliningrad by Vice-Admiral Shekhar Sinha, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Naval Command.
