The U.S. military confirmed yesterday that it shot down an Iranian drone inside Iraq's airspace. But that probably won't be the last we see of Tehran's unmanned air force. Iran has started work on a drone-making factory, and is looking to ramp up its robot-plane production.
The downed drone, an Ababil-3, is part of the country's fleet of unmanned aircraft; Iran claims that it is building more capable systems with longer range and "stealth" characteristics.
