Saab opens office in Croatia to promote Gripen

Saab’s office in Zagreb was officially opened on 19 November. The office will support Saab in its efforts to market products for defence and civil security in the Croatian market and neighbouring countries.

One of the focus areas at the moment is to promote the Gripen fighter aircraft but there are also other business opportunities.

“Our presence in Croatia opens the door to other markets in the region. We see Croatia not only as a potential buyer of Gripen, but also of our naval and other military products, as well as of our technical security solutions for airports and harbours,” said Ulf Rudebark, Director of Saab and Gripen International in Croatia.
