Rostvertol presents Mi-35M combat helicopter at Lavex 2007 airshow in Libya

About 95 companies from 25 countries took part in the 2-nd international Airshow LAVEX’2007. Russia was presented by FSUE “Rosoboronexport”, FSUE “Salyut”, Rostvertol PLC, “Mig” RAC, “Sukhoi” AHC, UMPO, “Splav” PLC.

At the united Russian exposition, deployed on the area of Maataga Airport, the audience within 3 days was able to evaluate the advantages of Russian aircraft: the Mig-29 fighter and the Mi-35M multipurpose helicopter.

Rostvertol PLC, for the first time participating in this Airshow, demonstrated the capabilities of its Mi-35M helicopter which performed three demonstration flights. In one of these flights a Libyan pilot acted as the navigator.
