Indian Air Force's Jaguar fighter aircraft crashes in North Sikkim

IAF Jaguar |A Jaguar fighter aircraft of Indian Air Force crashed in a forest near Lik in Upper Dzongu in North Sikkim on Friday, but the fate of the pilot was not immediately known.

Colonel Gurung of 27 Mountain Division stationed in North Sikkim said that the fighter jet crashed at 1:15 pm.

The aircraft had taken off from Bagdogra airport near Siliguri in West Bengal, Col Gurung said.
