External affairs minister S M Krishna, who is set to visit Beijing early this year, expressed concern about China supplying arms to Pakistan and said this is a matter India was discussing with China. The minister also expressed concern over the collaboration between Beijing and Islamabad in projects in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.
Calling it “illegal”, the external affairs minister said in an interview to a news agency that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of the country with neither Pakistan nor China having any “locus standi” there.
The external affairs minister further said both the issues were under discussion with the Chinese leadership.
