Europe woos India for $10-bn fighter aircraft deal

Ambassadors of four European nations will join hands to do some high-profile salesmanship in New Delhi on Thursday.

They will be pushing for the Eurofighter, to bag the $10-billion Indian order for 126 fighter aircraft.

This will be the opening shot in what is set to be the world's most fiercely contested defence deal.
