Battleship reef idea still on radar

An idea to sink a battleship off Seaford and create an artificial reef could do wonders for tourism.

The ship would attract divers from all over Europe and would be a means to encourage fish stocks.

The vision has become increasingly likely as businessman Tony Fowler puts his weight behind the campaign.
