The aircraft holding company Sukhoi will for the first time present its multi-purpose super-maneuverable fighter jet Su-35 at the MAKS-2007 air show, an adviser to the Sukhoi company’s general director, Alexei Poveshchenko, told Itar-Tass in an interview. “The plane is designed to attack air and ground targets and surface ships with both guided and unguided weapons,” Poveshchenko said.
According to the company’s official the jet is based on technical solutions used in creating Russia’s fifth generation fighter plane.
