AH-1Z attack helicopterBell Helicopter delivered the first production AH-1Z attack helicopter assembled in Amarillo to the Defense Department on Thursday.

Earlier this month, Bell delivered its first UH-1Y utility helicopter to the military. The first two copters are part of the H-1 upgrades program, which eventually will provide 280 upgraded attack and utility helicopters for the U.S. Marines Corps.
