FL Technics to provide spare parts for Sri Lanka Air Force’s transport aircraft

An-32 ClineThe Sri Lankan Government has authorised FL Technics Defence to support and maintain tactical transport aircraft of the country's armed forces.

The approval requires the company to provide spare parts and also look after maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities of the Sri Lanka Air Force's (SLAF) An-32 and the C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft.

FL Technics CEO Zilvinas Lapinskas said: "Boasting a convenient geographical location, Sri Lanka aims to develop a fully-fledged aviation hub which would service the entire region.
