Azerbaijan to supply NATO with unmanned aerial vehicles

Yaver JamalovThe unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are today being produced in Azerbaijan by a joint venture of Azerbaijan and Israel, the Azerbaijani Defence Industry Minister Yaver Jamalov said Sept. 11.

He made the remarks at the opening of the ADEX 2014 - Azerbaijan International Defence Industry Exhibition in Baku.

Jamalov said that this year Azerbaijan, aside from its own armed forces, will supply NATO with up to 100 UAVs.
