A400M airlifter gets RMAF chief’s seal of approval

[Airbus A400M Grizzly]The Airbus Military A400M airlifter has been given the seal of approval by the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) on its first appearance in Malaysia.

The modern generation airlifter is currently on a three-nation tour in Asia and RMAF chief Tan Sri Rodzali Daud was impressed with the aircraft, which he said is better than the existing C-130 airlifters.

“We are hoping for the aircraft to be inducted into our air force by January 2015. We are happy to have this asset,” said Rodzali after receiving the aircraft at the RMAF base here yesterday.
