Report: North Korea Fueling Rocket For Launch

[North Korean Rocket]The Japanese newspaper "Tokyo Shimbun" reported that North Korea has started fueling a rocket for a launch in April that some governments see as a missile test and therefore a violation of UN resolutions prohibiting Pyongyang from testing ballistic missiles.

The Japanese newspaper reported "the launch is coming closer" and said the launch date "will be set for April 12 or 13."

"Tokyo Shimbun" cited a source close to the government in North Korea as saying liquid fuel is being injected into the rocket.
