$2.18 mln suit over nuclear submarine's repair to be heard on March 12

Oscar IIThe Moscow Commercial Court will hear on March 12 the lawsuit filed by Zvezda Far Eastern Shipyard to recover $2.21 million from the Pacific Fleet Management Department state enterprise and the Defense Ministry for nuclear submarine repairs, the court told the Russian Legal Information Agency (RAPSI) on Wednesday.

The decision was made on February 3.

The Defense Ministry entered into a state contract with the shipyard to repair the Omsk submarine cruiser in June 2007.
