Boeing EA-18G GrowlerA critical power generation subsystem of Raytheon Company's Next Generation Jammer has demonstrated its technical maturity through successful completion of a series of sea and altitude level wind tunnel tests.

With the power system housed in a full-scale model of its NGJ pod, Raytheon demonstrated full power generation, transient load switching and effective thermal control of the unit.

The testing was completed in operationally relevant environmental conditions at Arnold Air Force Base, Tullahoma, Tenn.
