Huntington Ingalls gets four Navy contracts

Ohio-classNewport News-based Huntington Ingalls Industries has received four shipbuilding contracts for work on various Navy vessels.

The company's Newport News shipyard received a $119 million contract modification for engineering, design, modernization and support for nuclear submarines, including Los Angeles class, Seawolf class, Virginia class and Ohio class boats.

Work will be performed in Newport News is expected to be complete by September 2012.
