Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant delivers Mi-171 to Mongolia

Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant (UUAP) handed over on August 04, 2008 the first Mi-171 multifunctional helicopter to Ministry of Defense of Mongolia in the frame of execution of contract, signed in November, 2007.

Previously on the base of UUAP against this contract the training of flight and technical staff of the customer was conducted.

The Mi-171 helicopter was brought to Mongolia by ferry.
