Names of the future French nuclear submarines revealed

The head of series will be called Suffren, one learned from military sources.

It will be followed by Duguay-Trouin, Dupetit-Thouars, Duquesne, Tourville and De Grasse, the order of attribution still which can evolve/move.

After signing of the contract, last December, the construction of the first of series should begin, at DCNS Cherbourg, next August.
