Taiwan: Modified AT-3As

AT-3 Tsu Chiang (scaled model)
Two AT-3A Tsu Chiang aircraft have reportedly been modified by Taiwan's Aerospace Industrial Development Corp. to carry either the U.S.-made AGM-84 Harpoon or indigenously produced Hsiung Feng II anti-ship missiles, Jane's Defense Weekly says in an article to be published Jan. 1. Taiwan's air force has about 60 AT-3As, which were produced by Taiwan in the 1980s as advanced training aircraft. In the anti-ship configuration, the aircraft will be known as the AT-3K, and will be capable of putting many of China's major ports and shipping lanes at risk.
