Rosoboronexport Exports US$21 Billion Naval Hardware in 15 Years, Order Book at US$5 billion

Project 12322 (Zubr) class air cushion landing shipRosoboronexport has exported over US$21 billion worth naval hardware over the past 15 years and is currently processing an order book worth US$5 billion.

The Russian state intermediary agency for export and import services announced Wednesday that it has delivered over 40 pieces of equipment, of which one third is accounted for by submarines and the remaining by surface ships and boats.

One of the significant “naval” contracts fulfilled by Rosoboronexport in the period from 2000 to till now is supply of Project 956E and Project 956EM destroyers and Project 636 submarines to China.
