Submarine devices to be built by team in Jacksonville

Seawolf class SSNUTC Aerospace Systems, based in Hartford, Conntecticut, is providing high frequency acoustic windows for submarines.

The five-year contract, from the U.S. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, will result in deliveries through 2020 to the U.S. Navy.

Work will be performed by the Engineered Polymer Products team in Jacksonville, part of UTC Aerospace Systems' Aerostructures business.
