US to deliver 5 PC-12 surveillance aircraft to Afghan special forces

U-28A aircraft, the military version of the Swiss Pilatus PC-12The United States will deliver five more Pilatus PC-12 surveillance aircraft to Afghan National Army (ANA) special forces.

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) officials said the planes will be delivered in the near future and based on a contract concluded in 2012.

Gen. Dawlat Waziri said the Afghan special forces have already receivved 13 Pilatus PC-12 aircraft and are in service with the 777 unit of the Afghan army special forces.
