The Defense Ministry of Poland is considering purchasing high precision anti-tank missiles from Ukraine as part of the implementation of a weapons modernization program.
Representatives of Ukroboronprom State Concern and Ukrspecexport State Enterprise and leader of the official delegation of the Republic of Poland - Deputy Defense Minister for Weapons and Arms Modernization Waldemar Skrzypczak - discussed bilateral military and technical cooperation during the international exhibition Defense & Security 2013, which is taking place in Bangkok on November 4-7, the press service of the Ukroboronprom told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland plan to upgrade their anti-tank systems and modernize the weapons of their combat helicopters," Skrzypczak said.
