2 aircrew stable after T-45 crash in Pensacola


Both pilots aboard a T-45C Goshawk that crashed Monday morning at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla., are in stable condition in an area hospital, the Navy said.

The training aircraft, assigned to Training Squadron 86, crashed while making an approach to Sherman Field at the station, Navy spokesman Lt. John Supple said. The crash came at the end of a local-area, routine flight, Supple said.

“We are withholding the names for privacy concerns,” Supple said.
