US spreading its web through East Asian military bases

RQ-4 Global HawkMore US military bases are being established over Japan to monitor and contain a rising China at its back door, said John Reed, a military analyst for the Washington-based Foreign Policy magazine.

US military officials and diplomats are apparently supporting the idea to rearm Japan through deploying more advanced fire to the nation. "The US is even welcoming the increased militarization of Japan," said Reed. "The (same) country America barred from having an offensive force in the aftermath of World War II."

The US has decided to deploy the RQ-4 Global Hawk unmanned aerial vehicle to Japan.
