U.S. Navy a shadow of its former self

Yuri DolgorukyAfter long delays, Russia has deployed a new ballistic missile submarine, or nuclear submarine, for the first time in more than 20 years.

This marks a significant step forward for its navy, which has pledged tens of billions of dollars to revitalize its fleet.

The U.S. Navy, unfortunately, has had trouble both in revitalizing its subs as well as its overall naval fleet.
