HMS Daring returns to Portsmouth from Gulf
HMS Daring has returned home to Portsmouth.
The first of the Royal Navy’s six Type 45 destroyers has completed her maiden six-month deployment today when she sailed into Portsmouth Harbour shortly after midday.
The £1bn warship has been on patrols in the Middle East, working and training alongside allied navies in the area.
