HMS Turbulent prepares to leave operational service

HMS TurbulentThe Plymouth-based submarine HMS Turbulent will officially leave operational service at a decommissioning ceremony on Saturday (14th July) after 29 years of service.

The event marks the end of distinguished service, of the second oldest of the Royal Navy’s Trafalgar Class submarines with the Royal Navy and will be staged in HM Naval Base Devonport, Plymouth.
