Tactical Communications Group (TCG), the leading independent supplier of tactical data link ("TDL") software solutions for military test, training, simulation and operational applications worldwide today, announced the receipt of a new, large order for its LinkPRO software from Saab.
This software will be integrated by Saab and become a core operational component of Saab's ERIEYE Ground Interface Segment, facilitating the rapid and efficient exchange of command, control and surveillance information between the Saab 2000 Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft, and major command and control centers on the ground.
"This award is one in a series over the last two years with Saab where we have jointly delivered innovative state-of-the-art C2 solutions for major international customers, and underscores the close and important relationship the two companies have," said Gary Zimmerman, Director of Strategic Programs for TCG.
