Neighbors sound off about F-35s
"We take noise abatement very seriously here," said Lt. Col. Chris Caputo of the Vt. Air National Guard.
The Vermont Air Guard wants its neighbors not to rush to judgment when it comes to the F-35. The United States Air Force is looking at the South Burlington base as a possible home for the next generation of fighter jet.
"Would I be excited to bring the plane here? Yeah," Brig. Gen. Steve Cray said.
