P-8 preparations begin at NAS JAX


Big doings have begun at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. The Navy airfield is getting ready to receive P-8A Poseidons, which Boeing is flight testing now,

Sailors, civilian employees and visitors driving on NAS Jacksonville should be careful as infrastructure improvementsbegin in preparation for construction of the new P-8A Integrated Training Center.

The P-8A Poseidon is a new surveillance jet plane under construction. The aircraft will replace the venerable P-3 Orion.
