Boeing signs long term support agreement for Wedgetail

Wedgetail SupportBoeing has been awarded a five year, $800m in-service support contract to support the RAAF’s Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) program.

Under the contract, Boeing Defense Space & Security will provide acquisition, program management, integration and engineering services, while Boeing Defence Australia will support the program with engineering, maintenance and supply chain management for the RAAF’s fleet of six Wedgetails.

Northrop Grumman will provide support for the Wedgetail’s MESA radar.
