BrahMos testfiring ready in Pokharan, Rajasthan

PJ-10 Brahmos supersonic cruise missileDRDO is working test firing of BrahMos supersonic cruise missile in Pokharan, where India conducted nuclear tests in 1998, Rajasthan. Testfiring cancelled on January 17 due to heavy fog and rain.

The missile, jointly developed by India and Russia, was scheduled to be test-fired on Sunday from the Pokran firing range.

BrahMos is a supersonic cruise missile that can be launched from submarines, ships, aircraft or land.
