Air Force to deploy 12 F-22A Raptors to Guam

Air Force officials have scheduled to deploy a contingent of F-22A Raptors to Guam in January for about three months.

Twelve of the fighter jets will move temporarily to Andersen Air Force Base from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska.

Current plans also call for 12 of the fighters to deploy to Kadena Air Base, Japan, from Langley Air Force Base, Va., according to the Air Force.
