India's Tata Advanced System forms JV with Israel Aerospace Industries

India's Tata Advanced Systems and Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) signed an agreement to form a joint venture that will develop, manufacture and support defence products, Tata said in a statement.

The new company will also perform offset work for IAI and other defence and aerospace programs.

Tata Advanced Systems is part of the Tata Group, and provides products and services for the defence and aerospace industries.
