Turkish Aerospace Industries (Chalet 260, Static B8) is displaying its Anka B unmanned aerial system (UAS) as it looks for an export customer.The system is on static display at the Paris Air Show in mock-up form, but looks rather different than how it appeared at the IDEF defense exhibition in Istanbul in early May.
At IDEF, the aircraft was fitted with a bulbous upper fuselage representing the configuration planned when the aircraft is fitted with a beyond-line-of-sight satellite communications system.
