Iran, Pakistan to conduct drills in Strait of Hormuz
Iranian and Pakistani warships will conduct a series of military exercises in the Strait of Hormuz on Tuesday, according to international media reports.
Details provided by agencies stated that Pakistani surface vessels and submarines had recently docked in the Iranian port of Bandar Abbas, ahead of manoeuvres in eastern parts of the narrow strait which separates Iran from Oman's Musandam Peninsula.
The exercise’s aim is to promote military cooperation between the two countries.
