Blue-water Sailing Nears for Aircraft Carrier

Liaoning Aircraft Carrier |China Central Television on Thursday released the first footage of the country's aircraft carrier since it was stationed in the home port of Qingdao in east China, during late February.

The television station also indicated that the Liaoning Aircraft Carrier may carry out long-distance journeys within the year.

In September 2012, China's first aircraft carrier, the Liaoning Carrier was commissioned into China's navy.
