First Stage of N. Korea's Rocket in Position


Preparations for the rocket launch are well under way in North Pyongan Province and military officials say, North Korea is only days away from installing the remaining stages of the long-range rocket.

If all goes as planned, local experts say North Korea will be ready to launch its rocket in less than ONE week, BEFORE the announced launch date of December 10th.

But will it be successful THIS time around unlike the rocket launch in April this year[Interview : Shin Beom-chul, Head Researcher Korean Institute for Defense Analyses ] "They have been consistently testing their rocket engines and inviting missile experts from abroad, so there's a good chance it'll be successful."
