The Severodvinsk nuclear Yasen-class multipurpose attack submarine will go into service no earlier than 2013, Interfax reported on Monday, citing a source in the military-industrial complex.The delay is already the second occasion when the launch of the cutting-edge submarine has been postponed, Gazeta.ru reported.
