Compromise on Gabala radar is possible

Moscow suspects that radar stations established in the Eastern Europe are indeed against not Iran, but Russia.

Anyway, isn’t it a sign that Americans exclude cooperation with Russia and prefer by its own when it comes to missile defense system?

During the Bush administration, the initial plan for the European missile defense shield was to base a radar in the Czech Republic and place interceptors in Poland.
