Experts for N-regime based on equal security

Akula II Class (RS Nerpa - INS Chakra)The first session of Conference on Disarmament (CD) for 2012 is starting from and it will continue up to the end of March.

The proposed Fissile Material Cut-off Treaty (FMCT) will be an important agenda point for CD deliberations. FMCT is very critical for Pakistan’s nuclear programme, and its minimum deterrence.

It was in this background that the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) Islamabad held a seminar titled “Challenges to Pakistan’s Nuclear Programme & FMCT”.
