Shi LangChina completed the second test of its only aircraft carrier on Sunday.

The Varyag a former Soviet aircraft carrier returned to its home port of Dalian after setting off for what China's defense ministry called "scientific research and experiments".


The 13-day exercise which started at the end of last month consisted of landing exercises on deck for fighter jets.
