Royal Navy pilots have landed a next-generation AgustaWestland AW159 Lynx Wildcat on the deck of a ship at sea for the first time.The rotorcraft undertook a four-week set of operating limit trials by touching down on the flight deck of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) aviation trials ship Argus off England's south coast.
"This marks a significant milestone in the life of Wildcat," said Lt Cdr Rob Taylor, Commanding Officer of 700W Naval Air Squadron.
