UAE's Baynunah Muti-Mission Corvette successfully completes testing program

Baynunah classThe first of six multi-mission corvettes ordered by the UAE has successfully completed all of its testing program.

Designed and assembled by CMN Cherbourg the Baynunah left the Atlantic French Shipyard to reach the Persian Gulf.

The vessel will then undergo a further testing period of four months to test its weapon systems and sensors, prior to its acceptance by the UAE Navy and its commissioning.
