Navy unveils 4th boat designed by the King

Tor 994The Royal Thai Navy has successfully built a new offshore patrol boat, the fourth such vessel from a design by His Majesty the King.

The newly built Tor 994 is one of three offshore patrol vessels the navy decided two years ago to build to replace its old patrol vessels.

The latest vessel is expected to be launched on July 11 in a ceremony to be presided over by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
